- Development of a new 180-seat modern-Australian restaurant
- Upgrades to back-of-house facilities including laundry
- Additional 120 car parking spaces
- New designated outdoor smoking areas
- Overall improvements to facility aesthetics and landscaping to fit with the Alice Springs local environment
