- Gym - We have an onsite fully equipped gym available for guests to use complimentary from 6am - 10pm.
- Business centre - Our 'Burgundy Room’ is a fully equipped, air-conditioned office with large work desks, telephone, fax, computers with Internet access, a printer and TV to counteract those stressful moments, it looks over our magnificent pool.
- Broadband Internet access - All our guest accommodation rooms and suites have broadband Internet access, additional access is available from the kiosk at the hotel reception.
- Wireless Internet - Wireless Internet is available in the Casino, near Casbah and beside the pool.
- Bicycles - Bicycles are available for hire with our compliments.
- In-room safe - All rooms have an in-room safe, and for additional security safety deposit boxes are available at hotel reception.

- Golf Club - We are adjoining to the Alice Springs Golf Club and can offer discounted rates for 9 or 18 holes and have four motorised golf buggies available for hire.
- Electronic Door Keys - Room keys are personalised to each room and expire after each stay. In addition the Casino boasts 24 hour onsite security personnel with cameras and surveillance throughout the premises along with regular security checks, adequate property lighting and in-room safes.
- Accessible Rooms - We have six dedicated accessible rooms. These rooms have wheelchair accessible doors and bathrooms. There is also wheelchair access to the Hotel, Casino, Juicy Rump and Alice Springs Convention Centre.
