Juicy Brunch launches at the Juicy Rump just in time for Father’s Day!

This Father’s Day weekend the Juicy Rump launches it’s highly anticipated Juicy Brunch Menu.
The Juicy Rump at Lasseters Hotel Casino is launching the new, highly anticipated ‘Juicy Brunch’ to the Alice Springs community this Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 3pm.
The Juicy Rump invites Alice Springs residents and tourists alike to soak up the sun and the magnificent views of the MacDonnell Ranges on the Juicy Deck or in the Juicy Beer Garden while enjoying some of the 12 items on the Juicy Brunch food menu.
This weekend’s launch will feature live chilled out acoustic music from ‘Dan-the-man’ as well as Gareth J. Dawkins on both Saturday and Sunday, just in time for Father’s Day.
Lasseters Hotel Casino General Manager Brad Morgan says “The team is excited to add another menu to our Juicy Rump portfolio; it’s filled with great items that we’re sure the Alice Springs community will enjoy.”
Menu items include waffles with berry, banana, chocolate and hazelnut topping, or bacon, banana and maple syrup; eggs Benedict, a traditional country breakfast featuring sausages, fried egg, bacon, hash browns, cheese and tomatoes; bruschetta with bacon, spinach, tomato, ricotta and hollandaise; french toast with fresh cream and maple syrup and much more. Beverages include thirst quenching fresh fruit smoothies, iced coffee, iced chocolate, retro style milkshakes, juices and an array of specialty coffee and teas.
Lasseters Hotel Casino is located beneath the magnificent MacDonnell Ranges and has 140 rooms, an international standard casino, four restaurants, two bars, a sports lounge and a night club. The property is adjoined to the Alice Springs Convention Centre and is the second largest employer in Alice Springs.
